Arlo Parks to join David Byrne at St Anne's Park as very special guest
Arlo Park's upcoming album Ambiguous Desire will be released on April 3.
Arlo Parks has been announced as the support act for David Byrne's St Anne's Park show on June 7.
The show will follow Byrne's upcoming sold-out gig at the 3Arena on March 13. The full tour will take him across Europe, the UK and North America. His most recent album, Who Is The Sky?, was released this past September.
"I’m supporting David Byrne," Parks wrote to social media today. "He is the truest champion of the dreamers and the odd ones out!!! So so deeply honoured, I barely have the words….this is gonna be magic."
Parks is an English singer-songwriter, known for her debut album Collapsed In Sunbeams, released in 2021, for which she received the Mercury Prize. Her most recent album, My Soft Machine, was released in 2023 and features a collaboration with Phoebe Bridgers.
Arlo Park's newest single, 'HEAVEN', was released last week, following the release of '2 SIDED' last month.
In April, she will kick off a tour of intimate gigs across the UK, coinciding with the release of her upcoming album Ambiguous Desire, out April 3. She will also feature on the upcoming Help (2) War Child benefit album, alongside Fontaines D.C., Arctic Monkeys, Dove Ellis and Olivia Rodrigo.
Tickets for the upcoming St Anne's Park show are currently on sale here.
