Palestinian artists Fawzi and Smokaholic to join KNEECAP on European tour

Palestinian artists Fawzi and Smokaholic will join KNEECAP on the European leg of their FENIAN world tour, which kicks off November 6.

The run includes a date at Dublin's 3Arena on December 16. This marks the trio's final show in Ireland for 2026.

Fawzi featured on the Belfast band's latest album, FENIAN, with track 'Palestine'. Both him and Smokaholic are part of the BLTNM record label, based in Ramallah in Palestine.

'Palestine' weaves together Irish and Arabic lyrics as a statement of international solidarity.

Aside from touring, Fawzi and Smokaholic regularly collaborate on their own music - including tracks like 'FAHEM' and their June 2026 release, 'Fish Majal'.

In August, Smokaholic also released 'SLV' with rapper Shabjeed, while earlier this year Fawzi released 'VISA', which explores themes of freedom, borders and global inequalities.

KNEECAP are known for their solidarity with Palestine. Last week, during their performance at Pabellón Oeste in Mexico City, they invited Palestinian Ambassador Nadya Layla Rasheed onstage.

Rasheed joined the band and led the crowd in chants of 'Free Palestine' alongside Irish, Mexican and Palestinian flags.

"Let's keep going together with strength, love and hope that this genocide will end. End the occupation and let Palestine be free," Rasheed said, before saying of KNEECAP that she was "very proud of these people, of all the courage they have shown, and of how they have turned their empathy into action.

"They are an example to follow, and history will not forget them."

Earlier this month, KNEECAP also showed their support for the Garvaghy Road community by visiting Portadown as demonstrations continued against the marching of the Orange Order.

Tickets for their 3Arena show are on sale here.
