While they haven’t exactly moved into Kylie style catchiness, the Source, Tags And Codes album does find the Texans’ musical legacy moving beyond just being a band who like to break things on stage. ‘Another Morning Stoner’ still betrays the old Sonic Youth influence, but now also coupled with a not unimpressive ear for melody.
