Bocelli emerged as a vocal phenomenon in the 1990s and has since gone on to sell over 65 million albums. This appearance in 2010 represents a highly anticipated return to the UK and Ireland for Bocelli whose shows earlier this year were received with widespread acclaim. “I am thrilled by the huge success of Andrea’s concerts in the UK this year,” says promoter Harvey Goldsmith. “They were outstanding and enjoyed by both the media and the audience attending. I am really looking forward to his return in 2010.”
