Alone With You
Maybe they’re playing it safe to work on that crossover appeal but this is something of a disappointment
If the hotpress letters page and recent chart positions are anything to go by, The Revs are the first Irish band in a while to really tap into the public consciousness in a big way.
Sadly, while ‘Wired To The Moon’ was a bit of a corker, they run out of steam with ‘Alone With You’, a rather dull number that sounds not unlike Del Amitri. Maybe they’re playing it safe to work on that crossover appeal but this is something of a disappointment.
