It looks like the future of Aerosmith is uncertain at best.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Joe Perry states that the band is considering making next year’s series of concerts a farewell tour. Though the guitarist voices discomfort with the phrase “final tour” and the notion of the band permanently splitting, he confirms that the coming tour will most likely be the end of an era.
Perry has not been the only band member to comment on the band’s possible split. In a recent interview with Howard Stern, frontman Steven Tyler said that the coming tour will in fact be Aerosmith’s last.
