Taylor Swift waxwork unveiled at The National Wax Museum
The wax figure, inspired by Swift's era's tour, will be on permanent display in the museum
The National Wax Museum Plus in Dublin has today revealed a new wax figure of Taylor Swift.
In a post on their Instagram, the museum posted an image of the newly unveiled waxwork captioned "We're enchanted to meet you, Taylor", a nod to her single 'Enchanted'.
The figure has been installed as part of the museum's newly renovated visitor experience, featuring a redesigned Hall of Fame dedicated to contemporary global icons and will be permanently on display at the museum.
Other artists featured in the room include David Bowie and Jedward.
The wax figure is based on Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour and aims to capture the singer's unique style, energy, and stage presence, with the museum promising that visitors will have an "immersive, photo-ready experience".
Most of Swift’s body has been made from resin, with her head being made from wax. Her wig has been made using real human hair and she's dressed in an imitation of the sparkly bodysuit she wore at her 2024 Eras Tour, paired with matching knee-high silver boots and a pink guitar.

The launch is part of a bigger update at the Dublin venue, which has recently added a number of improvements throughout the museum.
In 2024, the museum was forced to remove a figure of Sinead O'Connor after receiving significant backlash from the public.
In a statement the National Wax Museum Plus acknowledged that "the current representation did not meet [the museum's] high standards or the expectations of Sinead's devoted fans".
The museum stated that it is "committed to creating a new wax figure that better reflects Sinead O'Connor's true spirit and iconic image" – with their "team of skilled artists" set to "begin this project immediately, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to celebrate her legacy appropriately."
