Adele holds Walking On Cars and Hermitage Green off the top
The lung-busting Londoner once again heads up the rundown
Adele has recaptured the No. 1 spot in this week's Irish album charts, holding of the challenge of two homegrown acts.
Walking On Cars, who enjoyed a three-week stint at the summit, are in no mood to slip down the charts, as their Everything This Way climbs two places to snip at the heels of the English chanteuse. Hermitage Green, meanwhile - who are interviewed in the current issue of Hot Press see their debut LP Save Your Soul shoot straight in at No. 3.
Justin Bieber claims fourth spot with Purpose, while last week's chart-topper - and former HP cover stars The Gloaming are in fifth. Ed Sheeran, Nathan Carter and Coldplay are all, as usual, present in the top ten, though Kendrick Lamar's surprise release untitled unmastered shakes things up a little as it enters at No. 9. The 1975's I Like It When You Sleep..., meanwhile, can't replicate the success its enjoyed in both the US and the UK, but still manages to make it into the top ten.
