In the latest edition of Hot Press we talk to Jim McGuinness about transforming a team who were going nowhere into All-Ireland champions in just two years, rumours of "SAS-style tactics", and his new job with Celtic
Amazingly, McGuinness was rejected when he went for the Donegal job twice previously.
When he finally got the job in 2010 he was the only applicant. And even then "for several reasons - I nearly didn't get it!"
McGuinness discusses how if either a player or a member of a coaching staff "disrespects" anyone else in the setup "we'll do a hundred press-ups together as a group."
