A decade's worth of Irish cinema heads to Dublin Castle and the IFC to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of the Irish FIlm Board
To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Irish Film Board, April sees a showcase of a decade of Irish cinema. These films – which couldn’t have gotten off the ground without funding from the Film Board – will be screened in the IFC, and in the grounds of Dublin Castle. They include:
April 10 – The Crooked Mile, Moondance, Accelerator, A Further Gesture, Nora, Korea, Dancing At Lughnasa
April 11 – Spaghetti Slow, Connamara, Crushproof, H3, Nothing Personal
April 12 – Pete’s Meteor, The Last Bus Home, The Boxer, Silent Grace, Bloody Sunday
April 13 – Ordinary Decent Criminal, I Could Read The Sky, The General, Broken Harvest, Bogwoman
April 14 – Gold in the Streets, Black Day in Blackrock, When the Sky Falls, The Mapmaker, High Boot Benny
April 15 – Night Train, Some Mother’s Son, Puckoon, How Harry Became a Tree, Last Days in Dublin
April 16 – Saltwater, Flick, I Went Down, This is the Sea, The Last September
April 17 – On the Nose, The Fifth Province, Trojan Eddie, All Souls Day, Goldfish Memory
