All Together Now unveils comedy line-up – featuring Mike Rice, Emma Doran and more

All Together Now has unveiled their comedy line-up that features stand-up sets from Mike Rice, Emma Doran, Tony Cantwell, Aoife Dunne and more.

The Waterford festival, which will take place from July 31 to August 2 at the Curraghmore Estate, includes a mix of live music, art installations, comedy, artisanal food and drinks and a holistic wellness program.

The Well Stage will see stand-up sets throughout each day, leading into a nightly comedy variety show.

All Together Now has featured comedians since its inception in 2018, with Tommy Tiernan, David McSavage, Tony Cantwell and Lords of Strut being among the first to perform.

Dubbed by the Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) as the Best Festival of the Year for the third year in a row, the event will see music performances from the likes of Kneecap, Pulp, The Mary Wallopers, Ezra Collective, Damien Dempsey and more.

A new performer to All Together Now, Rice is a Kilkenny-born comedian who has toured the UK and Ireland in the past with his show Nasty Character and more recently, with his show Cruel Little Man. He's also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and has his own podcast with Vittorio Angelone called Mike and Vittorio's Guide to Parenting.

Many of the other comedians featured this year are returning acts, including Doran, Cantwell and Dunne.

Doran is currently on a UK and Ireland tour for her stand-up show, Emmaculate, which has four dates at Vicar Street in September. She also made her Edinburgh Fringe Festival debut this summer.

Cantwell performed at the Edinburgh Fringe this year as well. And, in 2020, he came in second place for Hot Press’ Comedian of the Year. In 2021 he placed third.

Dunne is currently touring her debut comedy show, Good Grief, which will see performances in Limerick, Kilkenny, Galway, Cork, Dublin and more.
