Shit Robot to finish off worldwide tour with headline Dublin date
Shit Robot announces headline gig in The Sugar Club for September
Fresh from playing Forbidden Fruit weekend before last, Shit Robot is looking forward to the new school year. When September rolls around, the Dublin native will debut his first live hometown headliner at The Sugar Club.
The home gig will round off a shotgun summer tour of Barcelona, London, Nantes, Chicago and Japan.
Shit Robot – AKA veteran DJ Marcus Lambkin – has just released a new single, ‘Space Race’ b/w ‘Teenage Bass’. It comes from upcoming second album Green Machine, the follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut LP, ‘From The Cradle To The Rave’. Of the new material, Shit Robot says “I just wanted to go back to my roots and make some music for people to get drunk and jump around to.”
Green Machine is slated for release in early 2013.
