The vehicle for Andy Holden's experiments in arty folk, British five-piece The Grubby Mitts have a new single to plug and they're doing so in a very generous way. Ten years in the making and their long-time set closer, 'Standard' finally gets a studio release. You can download it free of charge for a brief time, and listen to it below. It's official release comes on July 2, including a 7" inch white vinyl version, featuring the b-side 'The Thing In Itself'.
We also get promo clip, in the form of a synchronised swimming video, natch.
