Casiotone For The Painfully Alone plans three Irish gigs
Possibly the best band named after a small musical instrument, Casiotone For The Painfully Alone pay a visit to Ireland this March for dates in Galway, Belfast and Dublin.
Attention lonely keyboard fans! Chicago popster Owen Ashworth – aka Casiotone For The Painfully Alone – plays three Irish shows this March, at the Roisin Dubh, Galway (7); Box Cafe, Belfast (8) and Whelan's, Dublin (9).
Expect to hear tracks from his latest record Etiquette, released in 2006, with titles like 'Don't They Have Payphones Wherever You Were Last Night'. And, if you're lucky, you might catch oldies like 'A Normal Suburban Lifestyle Is A Near Impossibility Once You’ve Fallen In Love With An Internat' and our personal favourite, 'Calloused Fingers Won't Make You Strong, Edith Wong'.
