The Fuze to release album 25 years late
Galway quintet finally get round to releasing their debut album, 25 years after it was recorded.
Lauded back in the day by the likes of Dave Fanning and The Sunday World, The Fuze scored a couple of hit Irish singles with ‘It’s A Sunday Morning’ and ‘Stone Age Man’, but folded when they failed to land a major deal.
A shame because A Blast From The Past’s 15 studio tracks and five live bonus cuts compare very favourably to other early ‘80s skinny-tie merchants like The Cars and The Knack.
