David Gray & Christy Moore announce extra dates

David Gray has added a second date at The National Stadium. He'll play there on November 17, in addition to his already-announced show on the 16th. The shows form part of an eight-date UK and Irish tour in support of his forthcoming Greatest Hits collection.

The album will be preceded by the new single 'The World To Me' on November 2. Gray has also recently released A Thousand Miles Behind an album of live covers, which is available on his website www.davidgray.com

Tickets for the fully-seated concert are €49.50 and are on sale now from Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide, limited to six per person.

Meanwhile, Christy Moore and Declan Sinnott have added two extra dates to their Vicar Street residency. In addition to shows on December 17 & 18 and January 2, 3, 5 and 6, they'll now play January 15 and 16 as well.

Tickets for the extra dates go on sale from Ticketmaster outlets at 12 noon today (Monday), priced €49.50, €45 & €39.50.
