La Rocca sign worldwide deal with Dangerbird Records
Dublin band La Rocca have signed a multi-album deal with LA-based Dangerbird Records.
Intensive international touring has paid off for rock merchants La Rocca, who have signed on the dotted line with LA-based Dangerbird Records.
The worldwide deal sees the Dublin boys enter a multi-album partnership. Their first studio stint of the series is taking place Stateside with the help of Tony Hoffer. Hoffer has previously taken on knob-twiddling duties for Idlewild (Warning/Promises), Beck (Midnite Vultures) and The Thrills (So Much For The City).
CEO of Dangerbird Records (an off-shoot of Warners) Jeff Castelaz gushed: “For us, signing La Rocca is more than exciting, it's a badge of honour.
“We are looking forward to embarking on a long journey with this band - and crawling around the back streets of Dublin in the process.”
La Rocca’s debut album is due to be completed mid-year with a release date set soon after, followed by another intensive tour of the US.
