Oxegen may be over – sob! – but we now have Indiependence to look forward to in Mitchelstown over the August Bank Holiday.

The already ace bill – Alabama 3, White Lies, The Coronas, Reverend & The Makers etc. – has just been swelled further by Ham Sandwich, Oliver Cole, Planet Parade, Futures Apart, Miss Motif, Scimon Tist and Waterford’s Yachtrock DJ crew.

Also added are art installations, a silent disco, zorb balls and a 5-a-side footie tournament for bands and fans.
