Wheels Within Wheels

The first single to be taken from his posthumous acoustic album of the same name, ‘Wheels Within Wheels’ showcases Rory Gallagher’s continuing appeal to all listeners, not just discerning fans. Although my knowledge of the ’70s is mostly comprised of tall tales care of the senior editorial staff here at HP HQ, I can safely say that this song lives up to the legend – effortless guitaristry, gentle melodies, trickling, bluesy pianos and a voice that sends shivers down your spine. Beautiful.
