Westlife head Childline concert
A poptastic charity is all set in aid of the Cheerios Childline Concert, with entertainment courtesy of Westlife, Girls Aloud, G4 and more.
The star-studded concert is due to take place at The Point Theatre in Dublin on 29 January 2006, and is set to raise over €250,000 for Childline, Ireland’s biggest charity.
In the past, the annual even has featured the likes of Westlife, Robbie Williams, Girls Aloud, Brian McFadden, Delta Goodrem, Lemar, D’Side, Blue, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Five, All Saints, Busted, Boyzone, Big Brovaz, Samantha Mumba and Sugababes, raising €1.6 million for the charity to date.
More acts are to be announced shortly, but if Westlife, Girls Aloud and G4 are enough to tickle your tastebuds, tickets are available for €36. They’re available from Ticketmaster and usual outlets, and go on sale on Saturday October 22.
