Watch: Stage Mishap for Taylor Swift
Fans who attended Swift's 1989 tour in Dublin no doubt have memories of the star elevated across the crowd on a cherry picker, well last night her stylish stage prop got her into a spot of bother...
Performing in Washington D.C, Swift announced to the crowd that due to a malfunction she would be "stuck up here forever". Handling the situation like a pro, the 25-year-old belted out 'Clean' while adoring fans looked on in amazement.
"This thing is broken....I was just thinking about how I was singing a song about rain and it rained today…it's not that funny…We're just gonna have to rechoreograph the entire show. It's fine. Whatever. It's gonna be a unique show D.C"
Before this mishap Swift performed a rendition of 'Royals' with Lorde, who is known as being a devoted member of the Swift 'girl gang'.
Watch Swift handle her stage malfunction like a pro below as a fan caught all of the action.
