Spinal Tap release new version of 'Stonehenge' featuring Elton John

Spinal Tap have released a new version of their song 'Stonehenge', featuring Elton John.
It is the first release from the upcoming soundtrack to Spinal Tap II: The End Continues, out in cinemas on September 12.
The soundtrack will include 13 songs, including nine original tracks and four re-recorded versions of earlier material, with guest appearances from Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood.
The music video features archival footage from the original 1984 film This Is Spinal Tap, as well as new clips of the cast on stage with Elton John, likely to be from the upcoming film.
The original mockumentary became a cult favourite and introduced phrases like “turn it up to 11” into popular culture.
'Stonehenge' became one of Spinal Tap’s most recognisable songs, following a scene in This Is Spinal Tap where a stage design error results in an 18-inch monolith being lowered onto the stage instead of an 18-foot one.
The sequel will reunite the fictional band members – David St. Hubbins (Michael McKean), Nigel Tufnel (Christopher Guest), and Derek Smalls (Harry Shearer) – who are brought together for a final concert.
Rob Reiner returns as director and also reprises his role as documentarian Marty Di Bergi.
Ahead of the film sequel, This Is Spinal Tap will return in a newly restored 4K version on August 7.
