Walking on Cars to play The Academy

One of Ireland's most promising pop concerns, Walking on Cars have announced a very special date, headlining The Academy, one of the Capital's premier venues.

The dreamy, affecting anthems of this up and coming four-piece effortlessly evokes the breathtaking landscape but also isolated nature of their hometown of Dingle.

Since coming to national attention by winning the Redbull Bedroom Jam in 2012 the ambitious outfit have only gone from strength to strength. The fact recent single, Catch Me If You Can, stayed in the charts for a whopping 20 weeks just goes to show the level of excitement surrounding these guys.

Walking on Cars will be taking to Academy's stage on July 3 and tickets will go on sale from Ticketmaster outlets natition wide this Thursday, May 15, priced at 15 euro.
