Volcano Watch! LCD Soundsystem - Tripod shows cancelled

Tripod have announced that LCD Soundsystem's scheduled appearances at the venue (tomorrow, Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21) have been cancelled due to the volcanic ash in the atmosphere.

The band and POD are working on rescheduling the dates as soon as possible and will announce new dates later this week.

Original tickets will be valid for the proposed new dates or, refunds can be claimed from point of purchase in the meantime.

The gigs were to showcase the band's newest, and possibly last (sniff) album This is Happening. For a review of the album, see this week's issue of Hot Press, out on Thursday.
