UPDATE: Nine Inch Nails for Belfast
Trent Reznor & Co. are over in August...
It’s ROAD TRIP!!!! time as Nine Inch Nails announce an August 21 visit to Custom House Square as part of this year’s Belsonic festivities. Joining them on stage will be local guitar abusers And So I Watch You From Afar. Tickets are £30 and go on sale at 9am on Friday May 31.
In addition to Trent Reznor, the current NIN incarnation features Adrian Belew, Alessandro Cortini, Josh Eustis, Ilan Rubin and latest (re) addition to the ranks, Robin Finck whose last gig was with Axl in Guns N’ Roses.
In addition to getting his own band back together, Reznor acted as something of a mentor as Josh Homme struggled to assemble the new Queens Of The Stone Age album, Like Clockwork, and sings on one of the standouts, ‘Kalopsia’.
In other Belsonic news, Michael Kiwanuka and SOAK will open for The Lumineers (August 22); The Courteeners, Nina Nesbitt and Silhouette join Jake Bugg (23) and Gojira have been added to the Bullet My Valentine and Bring Me The Horizon bill (26).
