Celebration of Leonard Cohen performed by his son Adam Cohen announced for 3Arena
Leonard Cohen died at age 82, just weeks after releasing You Want It Darker, the final studio album released during his lifetime.
A live celebration of Leonard Cohen's music, performed by his son Adam, is coming to 3Arena Dublin on January 29, 2027.
Everybody Knows, will mark the tenth anniversary of Leonard Cohen's passing.
It features Adam - who created and led the project - singing his father's classic songs, along with a selection of archival photographs and film footage.
It's the first official, family-produced tribute tour since 2017's memorial celebration at Montreal's Bell Centre, where The Lumineers, Damien Rice, Courtney Love, Feist and Lana Del Rey performed in his hometown.
"My father was grateful to his audience for keeping his songs alive," says Adam. "That's what we intend to do."
The shows visual design is by the Montreal multimedia studio Moment Factory, whose credits include live shows for Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo and Madonna.
Leonard Cohen last performed in Dublin on September 12, 2013 at the 3Arena. The concert was part of a two-night farewell run in Dublin, and was later released as the live album and film, Live in Dublin.
Tickets for Everybody Knows go on sale here, Friday November 6 at 10 am.
