The Vaselines announce new album

Glaswegian outfit The Vaselines have announced details on their upcoming third studio album, the first since 2010's .

V for Vaselines will be released September 29 and was entirely self-produced by the band. Collaborations will include Stevie Jackson (Belle & Sebastian), Frank Macdonald (Teenage Fanclub), Michael McGaughrin (1990s), Graeme Smillie (Olympic Swimmers), Paul Foley (Mandrake Shepherd) and Scott Paterson (Sons & Daughters).
