The Thrills take a turn for Oxfam
Not content with getting ready for their Hot Press cover shoot The Thrills are set to bring their feel-good vibes back to London…all in the name of charity.
The Dubliners are the latest addition to Oxfam's fair trade gig at London's Apollo Hammersmith on September 14th. Artists who have already signed up include Jamelia and Hollywood actress Minnie Driver.
Rumours abound that REM, who will be in London at the time, are set to make a surprise appearance at the gig. With REM guitarist Peter Buck appearing on The Thrills' new album, Let's Bottle Bohemia, the smart money says that Buck may very well join the band onstage.
