The The are back and playing Dublin next summer!
Matt Johnson is bound for the Iveagh Gadens in July...
First it was Microdisney announcing the National Concert Hall, now it’s Matt Johnson, AKA The The, making a long overdue return to live action on July 9 in Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens.
The maker of such celebrated albums as Soul Mining, Infected, Dusk and Mindbomb, tickets go on sale on Thursday December 7 at 9am.
After a fifteen year hiatus, The The made his/their studio return in ‘We Can’t Stop What’s Coming’, a track culled from the documentary, The Inertia Variations, about Johnson’s imaginary short-wave radio station.
