The Riptide Movement for Whelan's treble
Another date with Dublin!
Fresh from delivering a pair of well-received performances and charming the Hot Press Chatroom at Electric Picnic, The Riptide Movement are now looking ahead to some hometown pre-Christmas shows.
Due initially to play Whelan's on Friday December 11, demand forced their hand last week as they added Saturday December 12. Today brings news that they're feeling lucky a third time and will now play Sunday December 13 in the famous venue as well.
Tickets are priced at €22.90 and on sale now. While Sunday is your best bet, a limited number for the other two dates are still available. Aside from the giggery, the chart-topping, Choice-nominated lads from Lucan are hard at work on the follow-up to Getting Through which went to No. 1 on the Irish Albums Chart in 2014.
