Oasis top the Irish Albums Chart as they kick off Live '25 tour
Dublin's Croke Park will see the brothers for a double header on August 16 and 17
Oasis have topped the Irish Albums Chart with their 2010 record Time Flies... 1994–2009, after officially picking up their reunion tour on July 4.
Their Cardiff gig marked the first live performance of the Manchester rockers in 16 years, with many more to follow. The sold-out Live '25 tour will take the brothers across the UK, Ireland, North America, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and South America, including two nights in Dublin's Croke Park on August 16 and 17.
Now, their compilation album claimed the No. 1 spot on the Irish Albums Chart. Released in 2010 via Big Brother, the record contains all 27 UK singles by the band from the years 1994 to 2009, including 'Whatever', 'Lord Don't Slow Me Down', and 'Wonderwall'.
Back in June, a reissue of Time Flies... 1994–2009 was announced on Instagram to celebrate the album's 15th anniversary, including newly remastered audio versions of all the original singles.
Tonight, Oasis will take the stage for their first of five shows at Manchester's Heaton Park.
After that, the duo will perform seven nights in London's Wembley Stadium and continue on to Edinburgh before touching down in Dublin for their double header in August.
Until then, you could always listen to their compilation record...
