The Boomtown Rats confirm Rock Against Homelessness appearance

The Boomtown Rats have joined April 7's Rock Against Homelessness line-up in the Dublin Olympia. Already confirmed are HamsandwicH, Finbar Furey, The Blizzards, Delorentos, Paul Cleary, Ivy Nations, August Wells , and homeless musician Danny Bracken who'll joined by Paul Brady and Dave Fleming.
In the meantime, this Thursday's edition of RTÉ Óne's Scannal recalls the furore surrounding the Rats' 1980 visit to Leixlip Castle. The show goes out at 7pm and looks like essential viewing.
