Snow Patrol add extra Irish dates
The boys will now play two dates in Dublin and two in Belfast
Gary Lightbody and co have just announced that, due to phenomenal demand, they will now play two additional Irish dates on top of those already scheduled in January. Aiming to get the new year off to a flyer, they will now take to the stage of Dublin's O2 on Friday January 20 and Belfast's Odyssey Arena on Tuesday January 24.
The band are already booked for an O2 show on January 21 and a gig at the Odyssey on January 23.
The Dundee-based five piece are gearing up for an explosive end to the year with sixth album Fallen Empires due out soon. Their last album A Hundred Million Suns, which was partly recorded in Grouse Lodge Studios, Co Westmeath, went triple platinum in Ireland.
Tickets for the new dates are on sale now. O2 Tickets cost €44.05 including booking fee from Ticketmaster outlets, whilst tickets for the Odyssey show are €33 from www.odysseyarena.com.
Support on the nights comes from Everything Everything.
