Sharon Horgan guests on the new Charlatans album
There are also contributions from a Messrs. P. Weller and J. Marr...
Irish actress and writer Sharon Horgan joins Johnny Marr, Anton Newcombe, Paul Weller, New Order's Stephen Morris, A Certain Ratio's Donald Johnson, former Verve drummer, Pete Salisbury, and spoken word-ers Ian Rankin and Kurt Wagner on the new Charlatans album, Different Days.
Due on May 26 and trailed by flagship single 'Plastic Machinery', it includes 12" clear vinyl, cassette and 5 x 7" vinyl among its various formats.
Horgan, an old friend of Tim Burgess, sings backing vocals on 'Different Days'.
The band are hitting the summer festival circuit with a vengeance, so let’s hope there’s room for an Irish date!
