Compared to the raucous rock storm of their debut single ‘Feed Your Addiction’, young upstarts Eastern Lane’s second release ‘Saffron’ is a bit of a let down. While the Strokes-esque rough edges, big riffs and bellowing vocals are firmly in place, the song itself remains instantly forgettable, B-side filler. Disappointing.
