Ronan Keating tops the UK album chart
His Songs For My Mother album is outselling its nearest rival two to one.
It proved to be a good Mothering Sunday for Ronan Keating with his Songs For My Mother album going straight in at number one in the UK. Recorded with a live orchestra before Christmas it contains Ronan-ised covers of songs like ‘Vincent’, ‘Carrickfergus’, ‘I Believe I Can Fly’ and ‘Both Sides Now’ that were dear to his mum Marie Keating who died of breast cancer.
All proceeds go to the foundation set up in her name.
