Katy-Anna beat a myriad of other entrants to win a total hair makeover in the prestigious Robert Chambers hair salon.

When we announced a competition for a total hair makeover including cut, Wella colour and treatment we were inundated with entries from people telling us why they should win this exclusive prize. But Katy's story won our hearts.

As you can see the Robert Chambers team totally transformed her look - Katy was delighted with the results!
