At 2.30pm, stations across the country will play 'I Say A Little Prayer' by Aretha Franklin in honour of the late DJ.
Ian Dempsey and Rick O'Shea have called on Irish radio stations to pay special tribute to the late Tony Fenton this afternoon. Participating stations will play 'I Say A Little Prayer' by Aretha Franklin, one of Tony's favourite songs, at 2.30pm exactly today. Today FM and 2FM have been confirmed to be taking part.
Meanwhile, the funeral of the beloved broadcaster, who passed away following a battle with prostate cancer last week, also takes place today.
