PRICE TO PAY
Rockin’.
Staind’s roots may well be deeply planted in regulation grunge, but their latest effort sees the band taking firmer grip on their own sound, fusing thick distortions with the melody and harmony their previous album only captured in ballads. This progression bodes well for ‘Price To Play’ – the first single to be released from the band’s latest LP, 14 Shades Of Grey – smelting a giant chorus with their trademark wall o’ guitar. Rockin’.
