Pierce Turner announces Wexford Arts Centre concert
Affectionately called 'Corona Concert #10'.
Pierce Turner will follow up the phenomenal success of his August 22 show at The Wexford Arts Centre with a further 4 camera performance shoot, broadcast to Facebook – Live from the Centre – on October 24.
Tickets go are on sale for a restricted audience of 30 people, and The Arts Centre will adhere to restrictions, so that everyone who attends can be assured of absolute care and caution. Colin Murnane will direct the visuals, which will be broadcast to the world through Facebook Live.
At the last show, Colin kept Pierce’s history of Parlour Performances intact, projecting a 3D Photo of the award winner’s home parlour on the screen behind him.
For the October 24 show, Colin is asking for Parlour shots from around the world, specifically in far away places like Australia and America, and seeing as Pierce is unsure when he will ever get to play for his Dublin or Cork fans, they hope to include them too.
If you feel your Parlour is suited, please sent a photo to Pierce's Facebook page. You can look at the August 22 show on YouTube under the title ‘Pierce Turner live 2020’.
