Pete Doherty is coming to Ireland
The Libertine will play solo shows this summer
Over the last number of years it does seem as if dear old Pete has made more appearances in court than on stage, so it’s nice to hear he’ll be coming to Irish shores this summer.
The Albion dreamer will be playing The Academy in Dublin on Friday May 27, The Nerve Centre in Derry on Saturday May 28 and Mandela Hall, Belfast, on Sunday May 29.
Expect plenty of material from his well received solo album (2009’s Grace/Wastelands) as well as a good smattering of old Libertine and Babyshambles favourites. As it is Pete Doherty, expect anything, quite frankly.
