Paul Brady heads out on nationwide tour
He's playing 11 solo dates in May and June.
Following their recent America and Jackson Browne sell-out successes, Raglane are sending Paul Brady out on nationwide tour.
Brady’s Travelin’ Light trek takes him to the Excel Theatre, Tipperary (May 16); Everyman Palace, Cork (17); Hawkswell Theatre, Sligo (23); Opera House, Wexford (June 5); LIT Millennium Theatre, Limerick (6); Town Hall Theatre, Galway (7); Dean Crowe Theatre, Athlone (12); Iontas Theatre, Castleblayney (13); Arts Centre, Mullingar (26); Forum, Waterford (27); and Watergate Theatre, Kilkenny (28).
“I will be perfoming on guitar and piano for around 90 minutes with in most cases an opening act as well,” Brady says. “Expect to hear a bunch of new songs from my upcoming record plus most of your favourites from the past. It’s been some years since I’ve toured the real Ireland outside the main cities. In the past decade many new theatres have sprung up all over the country and I’m looking forward to playing some of them for the first time.
