Passenger knocks One Direction off top spot on singles chart

Passenger's 'Let Her Go' has climbed one place to top the Irish singles chart this week, knocking One Direction from top spot in the process.

One D. haven't had too far to fall though; their Comic Relief single 'One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks)' is at No. 3. while South-London group Bastille enter the singles chart in second position with 'Pompeii.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are one place further back with 'Thrift Shop'. Pink makes-up the top five with 'Just Give Me A Reason'.

Rihanna feat. Mikky Ekko ('Stay'), Taylor Swift ('I Knew You Were Trouble), Avicii Vs Nicky Romero ('I Could Be The One'), Emeli Sandé ('Clown) and Baauer('Harlem Shake') make up the top ten in that order.

Meanwhile there are new-entries for Ben Howard with 'Only Love' at No.37 and The Script with 'If You Could See Me Now' at No.39.
