Marc C is a 21-year old Dublin newcomer, who writes his own breezy pop tunes aimed squarely at the daytime radio pop market, without any indie pretensions as far as I can make out. However, these tunes are far removed from any kind of manufactured boyband dross – lyrically light and uncomplicated, but far from dumb, with a considered style and elegant melodies.
