Nile Rodgers to release a brand new album this year

Disco icon Nile Rodgers shows no signs of slowing down. He's been a busy man in recent years, featuring on Daft Punk's latest album, publishing his Le Freak memoir and touring like crazy. Now he has his sights set on a brand new album of his own.
Rodgers has signed a deal with Warner, who have also secured his Land Of The Good Groove label.
A new Chic single – their first in nearly a quarter of a century – is entitled 'I'll Be There' and will land in March. The album will follow some time in June.
