New Order, Leftfield & Wilco for Forbidden Fruit
You can get Early Bird Tickets from tomorrow.
The festival season gets underway in earnest between June 2 and 4 with Forbidden Fruit returning to Dublin’s Royal Hospital, Kilmainham from 2pm to 10.45 pm daily.
The highlights – of which there are many! – include New Order’s first headliner in the capital since 1986; Mazzy Star who haven’t been in Ireland for over a decade; and last act on Wilco who haven’t played nearly enough here either.
This is how it all breaks down:
Saturday June 2 – Leftfield, Bloody Beetroots (DJ Set), Booka Shade, The Field, Factory Floor, Bear In Heaven, Le Galaxie & Toby Kaar
Sunday June 3 – New Order, Death Cab For Cutie, The Rapture, Death In Vegas, Modeselektor, Atlas Sound, Austra, Grimes, Rarely Seen Above Ground & Kool Thing
Monday June 4 – Wilco, James Vincent McMorrow, Beirut, Mazzy Star, Andrew Bird, Field Music, Windings and Julia Holter
That’s just the opening salvo though, with lots more to be added.
Early Bird Tickets go on sale at 9am on Wednesday February 22 priced at €45, €85 and €110 for one, two and three-days.
Once they’re snapped up it’ll cost you €49.50, €89.50 and €115.
