New David Turpin album on the way
He's enlisted some heavyweight help.
Villagers mainman Conor O’Brien, Cathy Davey and Cora Venus Lunny are among the guests on the second David Turpin album, which emerges through his own Kabinet label on October 16.
Described as “the Oz to his debut’s Kansas”, it features ‘Cowards Bend The Knee’, ‘The Bone Dance’, ‘Heart-Beep’, ‘Dorothy Gale’, ‘King Of Swords’, ‘The Skeleton Key’, ‘Nightlights’, ‘Polar Song’, ‘The Red Elk’, ‘Melmoth’ and ‘Hymn To The Lighthouse’.
