Neil Young's Twitter hacked, given XXX treatment

Over the weekend Neil Young's Twitter was hacked, with his hackers taking the opportunity to fill the rock legend's page with pornography. From tweets of NSFW images, retweets of porn sites and generally vulgar tweets with the hashtag #neilslayed, Neil Young's Twitter seemed to be taking it from all ends.

Neil Young's twitter eventually tweeted this message claiming everything was taken care of:

Please disregard my last few tweets. This account was hacked, but it has now been resolved and taken care of.

The page is back to normal and once agin running promotional messages for his latest album A Letter Home.
