Neil Hannon to receive Legend Award as part of the Northern Ireland Music Prize 2015

Following consultations with over 70 local movers and shakers, the Northern Ireland Music Prize 2015 has announced the 12 shortlisted acts and albums that will be vying for glory on November 14 in Mandela Hall.
