More names confirmed for Gorillaz O2 gig
It's shaping up to be a seriously star-studded affair.
De La Soul and Bobby Womack have confirmed that they’ll be reprising their Escape To Plastic Beach roles when Gorillaz pay a belated visit to the Dublin O2 on November 11.
They join a revolving cast that already includes Hypnotic Brass, Kano, Bashy, Little Dragon, Roses Gabor, Bootie Brown, Shaun Ryder, Mark E. Smith and Mick Jones and Paul Simonon who are both now permanent members of the band.
Doubly earning their keep, De La Soul and Little Dragon will also be playing their own stand alone sets.
